The first time I ever went to a Chili’s Restaurant was when I went on vacation to South Carolina. MAN I love that restaurant! Why is it NOT in Canada?

So… I had a craving for their most AMAZING salsa ever. Seriously people I could eat this salsa with a spoon.

I tweaked and pinched and squeezed my way to developing this little old recipe. Try it and tell me what you think!
