Featuring a selection of projects from award-winning Czech architect Martin Rajniš alongside historic images from the Museum of Dufferin’s Archival Collection, this exhibition will explore how modern architecture and traditional construction materials can work together to be in harmony with nature.
Professor Martin Rajniš has won numerous awards for his innovative and unique approach to architecture. For the past 20 years he has focused on creating sustainable buildings using traditional construction techniques, craftsmanship and modern technology. The result is unique structures made from wood, glass, and steel that are fundamentally designed to co-exist with the natural world.
