Hills of Headwaters Collaborative Ontario Health Team’s (HOHC OHT) Caregivers in the Hills Program will host an appreciation day for unpaid caregivers in Dufferin/Caledon. The event will celebrate unpaid caregivers who provide mental, physical or emotional support to a family member, friend or neighbour. The event will feature music, local vendors, lunch and refreshments, speakers, workshops and more.
