Experience Spring Renewal & Serenity: Forest Therapy Walk – Ages 16+

May 24 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

$40

Forest therapy/forest bathing allows you to connect with nature on a deeper level and feels deeply peaceful and restorative. Experience the calming and healing effects of the forest by immersing your senses in the woodland beauty. This practice is an excellent personal care and stress management tool. Your guide will show you how to adapt techniques from this practice to manage stress, and promote peace and well-being in your daily life.

This walk is gentle in length (approximately 1-2 km, there may be some slopes) and in its slow pace. Dress for the weather. Sorry, no pets please. Our meeting spot will be the Cedar Grove parking lot/picnic shelter within the park. Park admittance fees and parking are included in your ticket price. Check your email the morning of the walk in case of a weather-related cancellation. The walk will proceed unless severe weather is forecasted.
