Exploring the Birds of Ontario III with David T. Chapman at Shelburne Public Library – Ages 18+

April 26 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

In this program, David will give us an even closer look at the colourful world of warblers, one of the most interesting bird families that return to our province every spring. We will be introduced to one of the best fishing birds in Ontario, the belted kingfisher. We will also discover the many different and unique ways birds go about the important process of nesting. Lastly, we will learn how to identify bird families by examining the shapes of their heads, leading to quicker identification for bird watchers!
