Finding Meaning During Troubling Times

February 23 @ 7:00 pm

Free

The world can be full of wonder, precious moments, surprising experiences and amazing accomplishments that fill our hearts with courage, resilience and strength. Unfortunately, the world can also be a place where suffering, tragedy and despair can sometimes be waiting around every corner. When tragedy strikes, our assumptions about life and the world can rupture and turn our lives upside down. This can make purpose and meaning hard to find, but not impossible to find.

This workshop will teach participants how to think differently about change when feeling stuck, and how to find meaning during troubling times, by using self-reflection and self-awareness.

Join us either in-person or virtually on Zoom for this program. This program will not be recorded for future viewing. Please note there is a limit of 10 in-person seats available for this program, but unlimited virtual seats.

This program is provided for information only. The views and opinions expressed do not necessarily reflect those of Caledon Public Library.
