How to Build Your Mental Muscles to Thrive through Difficult Times: Ages 18+

You can be your very best friend or your worst enemy, and it all starts with how you talk to yourself! Join mental fitness coach Charissa Yavtucovich as she discusses your PQ (Positive Intelligence® Quotient). PQ measures the percentage of time your mind serves you/cheers you on, as opposed to the amount of time your mind sabotages you through negative talk, feelings and emotions.

There are ten saboteurs and everyone experiences at least two or three of them in their lives. These are the negative thoughts and emotions that prevent us from achieving what we want and being the person we were created to be. Participants will learn the ten saboteurs and will be able to identify which ones are most likely present in their life. This program will be hosted on Zoom.
