Calling all art and history sleuths! Be a Detective is back by popular demand! On Tuesdays and Thursdays this August, drop in and explore PAMA, solve the mystery and create your own art. Get ready to test your inner museum detective skills.

Aug 1 – Use nature’s clues to solve this week’s mystery and get inspired by the great outdoors.

Aug 3 – Uncover the significant contributions of the Iron Willed Women in STEM and use chemistry in art.

Aug 8 – Find out about the artist featured on PAMA’s outdoor banners and design a mixed-media collage.

Aug 10 – Search the PAMA grounds to discover the story of one of Peel’s well-known personalities and record your own piece of history.

Aug 15 – Explore why Brampton is known as Flower Town and make your own summer bouquet.

Aug 17 – Discover Simranpreet Anand’s multimedia work and create art inspired by the artist.

Aug 22 – Learn more about the exhibition Pamila Matharu: SOME TOTAL and discover new ways to draw a self-portrait.

Aug 24 – Find out more about women in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics), and see how science can be used in art.

Aug 29 – Investigate the secrets of the Peel County Courthouse and make art inspired by the historic architecture.

Aug 31 – Test your knowledge of different locations in Peel Region and create your own 3D landscape.

All children with an adult.
