The Bethell Hospice Story Film Premiere

September 27 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

$40

“The Bethell Hospice Story” is an inspirational film that showcases the history of and the care provided at the hospice. It highlights the ambitious goals set and realized by Lorna Bethell, Elizabeth Birnie, and the local community to bring residential hospice care to Caledon. It is a story about life and death, sharing how hospice provides care not only to residents, but also how support is provided to caregivers, families, and friends to help them through one of the most difficult times of their lives.

The evening will include a cocktail hour and hors d’oeuvres, followed by the film presentation, and an audience-led discussion with the award-winning filmmaker and one of the founders of Bethell Hospice.

Bethell Hospice provides compassionate, respectful care to enhance the quality of life for individuals facing a life-limiting illness and their families. Hospice services are an essential component of our health care system, focusing on individualized care, dignity and comfort. Bethell Hospice offers 24-hour care in our 10-bed residential hospice in Inglewood, as well as a range of community programs and services for individuals residing in their own homes.

All net proceeds from this event will be donated to Bethell Hospice.
