The Competition. Vol. 3 & 4 @ Avalon Lavender Farm

June 10 @ 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Event Series Event Series (See All)
$25

We are thrilled to welcome The Competition Event Series hosted by Sam King to the Avalon LavenderFarm this summer for four live painting events in the field!

Join us fas we invite 12 different artists each day to paint in a live, interactive competition-style event.

Twelve artists will paint large wooden panels in an initial one-hour round. Audience members (that’s you!) will vote after round one to determine which six artists will advance to a final 20-minute round on easels within the Stone Circle.

The winner of the final round will be awarded the title of champion, a cash prize and a custom trophy designed by local Blacksmith Jason Duclos. Audience members get to watch as 18 different works of art are created in two live painting rounds. All art created at the event will be for sale by way of silent auction. Expect an exciting afternoon of inspiration, laughter, collaborative creativity and community!

Food and drinks will be available for purchase (stay tuned for the lineup of local vendors). The artists for each day will be released two weeks before the event. There will be live music on both days. Performance lineup coming soon!

Stay, explore and enjoy the farm with a Field Pass for the remainder of the day postevent.
