Credit Valley Conservation’s Youth 4 the Credit stewardship program offers teens an opportunity to get involved in their community this spring. Participants tackle environmental stewardship projects such as tree planting, invasive species removal, trail maintenance, and more alongside their peers and CVC staff that supervise and mentor them during activities at each event. Events take place in communities across the Credit River Watershed on weekends and in Halton Hills and area on the following dates:

Rosefield Dr. – Saturday, May 28, 2022
Terra Cotta Conservation Area – Sunday, May 29, 2022
Terra Cotta Conservation Area – Saturday, June 4, 2022
Terra Cotta Conservation Area – Sunday, June 5, 2022
Limehouse Conservation Area – Sunday, June 12, 2022

Before attending an in-person event, youth must attend an online training to be sure they’re ready to volunteer safely outdoors.
