Belfountain Salamander Festival

September 30 @ 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

Free

Our annual festival is an opportunity for villagers and visitors to come out and enjoy a day of live music, food, browse the vendor booths all in a family-friendly atmosphere. The Salamander Festival brings awareness to the endangered Jefferson salamander whose habitat is in the Belfountain area and environs.
This year’s Salamander Festival puts emphasis on the preservation of our historical hamlet and protection of the environment. “Small is beautiful.”
