Last year, the Grand Valley Lions had over 100 prizes totalling approximately $30,000. Plus on Duck Day, the Lions host a community breakfast at the community centre 9-11am with pancakes, sausages, eggs, toast, beverages being served and the cost is a goodwill donation.
The duck race finish is at Hereward Park, 200 Main St S. There will be a live band, bouncy castle, dunk tank, scavenger hunt, duck pond for the smaller kids, balloons, food and beverages, and much more.
Community group booths, the Grand Valley Fire Department fire truck and Orangeville Hydro bucket rides, all free to the spectators.
Duck tickets $10, on sale late March, at the Orangeville Lions Home & Garden show or from Lion Randy at 519-943-5471, [email protected]
