We proudly welcome the TWMVC, a talented group of choristers who have performed across Canada, the U.S. and the U.K. to critical acclaim and standing ovations. With an achingly beautiful repertoire of traditional Welsh songs, Christmas music to herald the season, there is something for everyone.
Many years ago Theatre Orangeville (TOV) and Community Living Dufferin (CLD) formed a partnership that raised the question, “What do they have in common?” We set out to show the community what that was, and we have done so with tremendous success.
Since 2008, TOV and CLD have been offering the Creative Partners on Stage program. This program provides educational and performance opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities. Toronto’s Famous People Players and the Centre for the Arts in Human Development at Concordia University were instrumental in assisting the initial development of this ongoing, arts-based, quality-of-life enrichment program which celebrates Ability, Inclusion and Diversity.
