Join us for a video-led VON SMART (Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together) Exercise Class. This hour-long workout helps build strength, balance, endurance and mobility. Bring your water bottle. Equipment provided (hand weights, ball and chair).
Mix and mingle with older adults over shared interests.
Program activities that include exercise, educational opportunities, therapeutic recreation, and creative arts and crafts.
Teens and adults living with a disability are invited to attend. Support workers are welcome. Dinner and dance $19; dance only $9.86; support worker dinner $9.86.
