Deb’s Raw Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing

Debbie and Jeff of Heritage Bee Co. love to eat honey raw, straight off the comb “with a mouthload of beeswax.” Here is another way to indulge.
Deb’s Raw Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp or more raw, local unpasteurized honey
- 1⁄3 cup organic olive oil
- ¼ cup organic raw apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic glove (optional)
- Squeeze of lemon to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and whisk or shake in a bottle.
