Good morning End2End supporters, Cody and Kyle headed out onto the trail this morning at 8:00am. As a result of good behaviour Cody and the team received their eggs benedict and a bit of a sleep in this morning. Thank you to Mike & Beth for renting out your house last evening and for the beautifully made pasta left in the fridge! Cody managed to eat a heaping bowl of it after having a sandwich and a chicken wrap. At this point you all must have a very good idea of the diet required to be an ultra runner.

The team stayed up last evening crunching numbers and devising plans for the next 30 hours. Operation “Get ‘er Done” is officially in effect. This has been a topic of conversation for a while, and now its crunch time. Cody had a later start today due to the execution of this plan. He will be running all night with only a few short stops and possibly a nap around 2 or 3am. He is determined to arrive in Niagara Sunday afternoon to see all of your shining faces. Quite a remarkable concept considering operating a fork last night was exhausting for him.

I will be in touch soon, thank you all again for tuning in and all of your encouragement!
