Ingredients
- 1 jar (690 g) strained tomatoes
- 1 lb. Lean ground beef
- 1 large tin of crushed tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 ribs chopped celery
- 1 heaping tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can chick peas
- 1 can sweet corn
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Ground chilli
- 1 tbsp. Ground curry
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown onion and celery in large pot and add ground beef and brown until no red remains.
- Drain off any fat and add drained beans, chickpeas, tomatoes paste, strained and crushed tomatoes, all spices.
- Cook for 2 hours or more on low heat or 325 in the oven.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and more chilli powder or curry to your taste.
- Add corn just long enough to warm it up.

Taste to be adjusted as it cooks.
