- 3 cups icing sugar
- 3¾ – 4½ tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- Lemon zest
- Combine icing sugar and lemon juice in a bowl and stir until smooth.
- Glaze should be about the consistency of ketchup.
- If glaze is too thin, add more icing sugar.
- If too thick, add more lemon juice until you have desired consistency.
