Lemon Glaze

  • 3 cups icing sugar
  • 3¾ – 4½ tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • Lemon zest


  1. Combine icing sugar and lemon juice in a bowl and stir until smooth.
  2. Glaze should be about the consistency of ketchup.
  3. If glaze is too thin, add more icing sugar.
  4. If too thick, add more lemon juice until you have desired consistency.
